Our office has now re-opened and most services are up and running. At present, however, there is no telephone system whilst BT replace the cabling which was damaged in the fire on 1 April. In the meantime, staff can be contacted either by post or e-mail.
Understandably, there is a backlog of post, and we are working through that as quickly as possible; there is no need to contact us to check on correspondence and claims already sent in.
