LetterOne North Sea Acquisition
When asked about the proposed acquisition by LetterOne of North Sea oil and gas fields owned by RWE Dea, the PMOS said the Department for Energy and Climate Change and the commercial party would continue their discussions, noting that the Energy Secretary had been very clear about the government’s objectives.
